I reported a similar issue some time ago.

It's related to embedded fonts.

I can confirm the issue on PDFXCE but the issue is also reproducible with the TTSApplication tester from NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter so it's an issue with the adapter and not PDFXCE.

Reported to NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter Github repository and dev said that it's not supported now.

Rather than reactivating the X account, my suggestion is to simply add a bell icon (for a suscribe action) on the version history webpage.

Which will automatically send an email to suscribed user when the page is updated.

It will make the work way easier for Tracker Support
