Printing From IE SOLVED

hello,
i am getting an error when printing from ie.
i am able to print a test page, print from word, notepad, etc.
i can print to another printer from ie.
i pull up a page, click print and nothing happens, no errors, and nothing in the event log.
any help would be great.

Thanks for the post - could you please provide the following information:

- Version of Internet Explorer being used.

- Version and build of our printer (found under the about section of the Printing Preferences, within the Windows Control Panel).

- The specific printer of ours being used (i.e. PDF-XChange Printer 2012 Lite, PDF-XChange 4.0 Printer, etc.).

- Operating System, architecture, etc. (i.e. Windows 7 Ultimate, SP 1, 64-bit).

- Does this happen with all web pages, or just one? If the latter, please provide a link for testing.

Thanks for the info. - it seems that you're using an older build, so I'd recommend trying build 313.1 and seeing if that helps:
