"Open in" Button on the bottom right gone after Adobe Update

Post by dmsolutions »

Dear All,

after updating Adobe Reader to the current Adobe Reader DC version I don't have the "Open in" Button on the bottom right anymore. Before I had a small Adobe icon there but now there's kind of a lightning icon that doesn't do anything at all. Is there a way to get the button get to work again? I need it because I set up specific printer settings in Adobe Reader but edit in Xchange Viewer first.

Many Thanks in advance for your help and best regards,
Nicolas

Hello Nicolas,

Thanks for your post.
Please open the Editor and go to Edit -> Preferences -> Launch Applications, and you can manually add your new Adobe product to the list. You can add other products here as well if you want and have them installed.

Regards,
Stefan
