I'm trying to use pdf-xchange viewer on my new 13" laptop. It has a high resolution screen, and the icons are simply too small to use properly.
I haven't been able to find any way to increase them. There are ways to increase the font size, but that's actually perfect visible. It's only the icons that are too small to properly see.
Is there something I'm missing?

Have you tried the setting: File --> Preferences --> General --> UI Scale
