Hello Ovg, Jensen,

Yes - in "Printers & Scanners" it will show up as "PDF XChange Standard" - as you are already looking at 'printers', and in the about dialogue it will say "PDF XChange Standard Printer". We've added "printer" to the wording so as to minimize the confusion some new customers had in the past where they were buying standard thinking it is our "Standard Package" and that it included some form of a licensed Editor. So on our website, and in the about it will report itself as PDF XChange Standard Printer, and in the printers and scanners window only as PDF XChange Standard (under a printer icon ).

We've sorted out the third and fourth names. What about the first two?

Any and all of the above are interchangeable when it comes to support (though using #1 will likely lead to us asking you, "Which driver? We offer two.").
Colloquially we just call them "Standard" or "Lite" in house.

In practice, the "product" names are the most important ones, which were specifically changed to "PDF-XChange Printer Standard" and "PDF-XChange Printer Lite" (instead of "Standard/Lite Printer").

As remiss as I am to admit, this was done only because we were seeing an inordinately large number of people mistakenly buying "PDF-Xchange Standard Printer", whilst thinking that it was the "standard" version of the Editor (and not a "printer", despite "Printer" having always been part of the name...), or otherwise, who were downloading the "lite printer" and telling us the "lite" version of the Editor does not work for viewing documents...

A few too many refunds/exchanges later, and we decided a change in presentation was in order. In all respects other than when making a purchase, it does not particularly matter, as long as "Standard", "Lite", or "printer" is somewhere in there.
