Outlook Addin: "Conversion failed to start"

To reproduce:
- select more than 1 email in Outlook
- press "Convert to PDF"
- confirm "Save as.." dialogue

-->> The next "Save as.." dialogue and the message "Convert to PDF failed. Conversion failed to start" appear at the same time

- only the last selected email will be converted


There seem to be a timing problem between the running conversion of a mail and the start of the following mail

Hello Peter2,

I have just tested your issue with our Release Candidate version and the conversion was successful.

Our new version will be released in a few days, so please test the conversion again once the version is out.
