How to Switch from Ribbon to Pull Down Menu's  SOLVED

I see Tutorials on YouTube that show Pull Down menu's instead of having a Ribbon, but I can not figure out what option or Preference controls this. Right now I have a Ribbon at the top and would like to try old fashioned pull down menu's if that is possible. How do I switch?

In the top right area of the software, just near the minimize button, there is a ui options dropdown, which offers the function to "switch to classic ui"
