Hello,
I frequently need to password protect hundreds of documents. My current method is going to Security Properties>Security>Security Method>Password Security, then entering in a unique password. Is there a way to apply the same password to all open documents at the same time so I don't have to manually add the password to each individual PDF?
Looked everywhere on the forum but did not see anything.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Password Protecting Multiple Open PDFs SOLVED
Hello, username69
This would be considered a "batch processing" function, and can most definitely be done, but not with our PDF-Xchange Editor. You will want to use "PDF-Tools" which is our batch processing application for this task, You can learn about how to configure custom tools here, or you can simply use the existing "secure PDF" tool for the batch.
Kind regards,
