CTRL + Mousewheel moves PDF to Page 1 (Single Page View) SOLVED

I'm working in single-page view and suddenly I'm having a problem where CTRL + scrolling mousewheel is not just zooming but also scrolling the PDF up to Page 1. It's super annoying because if I'm working on any other page I now have to zoom in/out manually, otherwise I end up back on page 1

Can you please check whether you have not turned on the Ribbon Page layout.
It seems to have been the cause of this similar case:

Thanks Stefan, this solved the problem for me as well! I must have turned on the ribbon layout somehow accidentally.. Anyways glad that's fixed, thank you again!
