Everything appears in Black & White? [Pressed a key]

I was working with the program when I got surprised by this change:
any solutions? I think I pressed a hotkey that messed this up

CTRL + SHIFT + 6
or
File > Preferences > Accessibility > un-check "Override Document Colors"
