Hi,
I've got a pretty well-marked-up document on my hands. Is there any built-in way I can hide ALL highlights except for one color? So that I could just focus on, let's say group "Yellow" as I go through the file?
If there's not a built-in way, among my many fellow heavy-users...have you ever engineered an end run on such a feat?
Lo! Honored dev and moderators - any ideas for effecting a near-such? Right now all I can come up with is just deleting all the comments and leaving one color. But, that seems less than optimal.
Sincerely,
SCH

Re: Review JUST One Set of Colored Highlights
Hi,
Currently it is not possible to only show highlights of one specific color, but "Group by Color" can already help.
- activate the Comments pane (in the View-ribbon, click Panes > Comments or in the Comments-ribbon, click Comments)
- in the Comments pane, click the Options... button > Show > Show Comments > By Type > Highlight
- in the Comments pane, click the Options... button > Group by > Group by Color
Now you have a list of only Highlights, sorted by color. Does that help ?

Hello after a long time,
It can be done.
Change the status of the selected color group and then show it by status:
If a "mark all" feature will be added in a later version (for a selected group), under the checked tab - a single group can be easily shown by selecting "show/hide only marked/unmarked ones". Thus, there will be no need to change the status.

Thanks to Toygun for the tip.
@Tracker Support
Maybe ask the development team if an additional option for only showing a specific Highlight color would be possible ?
via Comments-pane > Options > Show > Show Comments > By Type > Highlight > specific highlight color(s)
Kind regards.
