Hello Community,
is there a way to add one or more signature fields to a custom stamp?
Some background information:
I created a custom stamp as a PNG file and added it to the stamps palette. At the moment I place the stamp in the document then one or two signature fields on the stamp. The same stamp needs to be added to multiple documents but at different positions. To save the additional clicks for placing the signature fields I am looking for a way to insert them directly with the custom stamp.
Thanks for helping.

Re: Stamp with signature field SOLVED
Hello PDFengineer,
There is no way to pass on any form fields to the actual document from within a stamp.
You can have dynamic stamps - but those show up a pop-up dialogue, to ask you for the input, and then when the stamp is placed on the document's pages it becomes a static object. And signature fields are a type of form field - so the same applies for them - you can not have them applied by the stamp. If you want to - you can e.g. have the visual representation of your hand written signature included in the stamp, and then you will only need to add the digital certificate once per file (you can then also create invisible signatures if desired.
Kind regards,
Stefan
