Strange dot appeared in PDFXChange but not in Adobe Acrobat Reader? SOLVED

Is this a bug? Mine PDF-XChange's version is v10.5.2, maybe a liitle bit older..... The PDF file is attached:

I do not see the dot in our software when running the current release (10.8.2). Can I ask you to please update the Editor and confirm if the issue is still present?
