Copy Paste Problem SOLVED

Hello there. I need your help please.
I have opened a pdf file and changed existing information/ numbers and saved the file after.
My customers who use adobe, open the file and copy the information from it.
When they paste it somewhere else, the old information is still there and not the new information that I changed with the program.
Why is that? How can I solve this problem? I hope you can understand my problem.

Could you please tell me what version is your PDF Editor?

This information is available in the PDF Editor's Help -> About menu.

Also, if it is possible could you please send us one of the files you are having this issue with?
