Hi,

There is an issue with the Customize Toolbars with touchscreen.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Customize Toolbars feature
2. Long press on an icon on a toolbar with touch to invoke right click menu

Current behavior
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Invoke this
