Overlay different sized pdf docs SOLVED

I used the trial of PDF Tools Overlay tool to find the solution. I purchased the full version but I cannot figure it out.

I need to set up the cover page for book binding (right side placement).

The starting document is 8.5x11 pdf (attachment 1)

I need to overlay that onto the blank 18.5x11 blank cover page (attachment 2)

The end result must show the 8.5x11 pdf overlayed on the right side of the 18.5x11 blank (attachment 3)

Any help is appreciated!

Hi bbailey,
your settings in overlay action should look like this

With these settings I've got result 18.5 x 11 blank_(Overlayed)_1.pdf (see the attachment)
