How to batch remove only xmp:CreatorTool and pdf:Producer from PDF document meta? SOLVED

These fields are not available on the "Document Properties" dialog tabs of the "Change Document Properties" tool.

The only way I could find to do this was to create a data template with "blank" (aka single space " " character) values in those fields, and import that using the "merge" method. Does that help?

Yes, thank you, it worked. Only instead of a space I used a zero-length Unicode character, which visually creates the impression of a empty value. Also, using this method, you should remember that deleting, moving or renaming an xmp file will break the PDF-Tools' pipeline that uses this tool, since it does not import the xmp file value.
