Open color menu with keyboard shortcut

How would I open this menu with a keyboard shortcut?

"stroke color" does not open this menu

maybe you could implement a new shortcut to open this menu, so that you can quickly change the color of whatever annotations are selected

I am referring to "more colors" so that you would get the color tray to either add remove or change existing colors or press OK to modify selected annotations

slated as in you're not planning to implement it? I think it would be pretty cool... a good way to change stroke color... though I guess if you had the rectangle tool selected it would not understand whether it should change the fill color or the stroke color... so maybe it wouldn't be so useful. Just asking because I'm constantly in that menu.

Yes - there are currently no plans to implement shortcuts for that menu.
You can assign custom shortcuts to the individual styles though.

Just as a pop-up to make the fill color tray appear at the cursor (highlighting the first recent color, allowing you to use arrow keys and enter to choose or left clicking with your mouse)

Regardless what tab you're in (in the ribbon), and *without* switching to the format tab.

If you simply wish to access these option without switching to the format tab, you can either keep the properties pane open, or add the "fill color" and "stroke color" to your toolbar in a relevant location for quick access to these items as needed. For example:
