How to upgrade?

I have PDF Exchange v 3 PRo which as far as i can see includes pdf tools 3.5B. There are a number of issues which i would like to address and the web site does invite clarification of whether my current version is uptodate but nowehere can i find the answer whether my version is uptodate although i see reference to pdf tools v build at no 6 suggesting i may be one build behind

The issue i would like to address is ability to printout handwritten documents using a digipad from the digipad software to the pdf format using a page number, date and filename at the bottom of the page

I use OneNote on a tablet PC and when printing from that software it works and the page number date and filename are added when i print the handwriting to PDF using this software. I assume Onenote may be putting the information about pagenumber date and filename into the printout

When importing from the digipad there is no reference to page number etc unless actually appering in the handwriting itself.
When i have printed to pdf (which it does well) and then try to go into the pdf file using the pdf tools program with intention to put such onto the page i simply get microsoft fatal error dialogue and request to report to microsoft. I do that but not surprisingly i get no response to cure the problem

Is there an update which will get round the fatal error problem and is there a nice way in which to get the pdf file to show the pagenumber and the filename at the bottome of the page?

Firstly I should advise you that our products are not tested or specifically designed for use on a Tablet PC.

However - the latest release of PDF-Tools is 3.6 and you can download the latest update from this page :

Also if you continue to have problems please provide sample files demonstrating the issue as this always makes understanding the problem much easier.
