My V 2.5 does not seem to work when I install it on my new Vista desktop. Is V2.5 Vista compatible?
Is there an upgrade program for V 2.5 users?
What product do I upgrade to V3.0 or Lite.
I only use PDF-Xchange to create pdf files as a printer file.

PDF-XChange 2.x is not Vista compatible - you will appreciate that when V2.x was released we had no idea what Vista woudl require.
Version 3 is Vista ready and you can downlaod an evaluation here :

If you could please email upgrades@tracker-software.com with your original purchase info or full name/address etc - we can advise the least expensive equivalent product to what you have now - most likely PDF-XChange Standard or PRO - Lite was not then available.
