Hello,
is it possible to shift + click to open a new instance of the program?
I want to have the tabs, but also want to be able to open a new instance when comparing documents.
In the settings it seems to be an either or option.

Hello kanenfopa,
You can drag a tab outside of the Editor window - and this will open a new window with that tab inside. You can then add more tabs to the same second window. Please note that they are still in the same process on the Windows level, so not exactly two separate instances.
