OCR button not available

Hello,

I have a valid licenced for PDF-XChange Editor Plus which is up-to-date.

In the Convert tab, I have a "group" of button called OCR but there is not button in it.

How does it work ? What should I do to make it appear ?

Welcome to the Forum!

There are some other button missing from that tab in your screenshot, so I will advise you to reset the whole Convert tab. You can do that from Help >> Customize Toolbars:

I just did that but there is no change.

What is "funny" is that the customize toolbar window displays the OCR button, exactly like in your screenshot !

I just updated from 10.0 to 10.3 but it did not help !

Thank you for the clarification.

If the update to the latest build did not help, then the only case that that come to mind is that the OCR was disabled as a plugin:

I have to note that this to take into effect you need to restart the Editor.

If you have Editor Plus or PRO license both plugins for OCR has to be disabled:

Let us know if that was the case.

Mmhhh the plug-in windows is fully empty.... There is no plug-in at all....

Any idea ?

1) Licenses ( Help >> License key )
2) Version installed ( Help >> About )
3) From your C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Editor\Plugins.x64 ( corresponding folder if you have customized the installation paths) to support@pdf-xchange.com
