Enable Change Bookmarks Zoom Factor

Hi,

How would you enable the "Change Bookmarks Zoom Factor" menu so we could do batch edit the zoom? I loaded the license code and then the bookmark plugin but menu item is still missing.

Load the bookmark plugin code

Change Bookmarks Zoom Factor menu is not visible from the bookmark menu.
