Can't invoke Customize Toolbars right click menu with touch

Hi,

There is an issue with the Customize Toolbars with touchscreen.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Customize Toolbars feature
2. Long press on an icon on a toolbar with touch to invoke right click menu

Current behavior
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Invoke this
