Re: Feature Request: Combine Files
Hello netsonicyxf,
The equivalent in PDF Tools is this one: The one you had in your screenshot can allow you to split a single file if it is a PDF one - hence that tool from your shot is only for PDFs while the one above in my post will accept multiple supported file formats.
Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: Feature Request: Combine Files SOLVED
Hello netsonicyxf,
To combine different file types using the 'Split/Merge PDFs' tool, follow these steps:
1. Open the tool settings.
2. Navigate to the 'Choose Input Files' action options.
3. At the bottom of the 'Choose Input Files' action dialog, you will see the 'File types' dropdown.
4. Click the '...' button next to the dropdown and select the 'All supported files' filter in the dialog that appears.
5. In the 'Choose Input Files' action dialog, select the 'All supported files' filter from the 'File types' dropdown menu.
6. You can now select any file type that can be converted to PDF with PDF tools.
Note: To achieve the same result as the PDF Editor's Combine Files feature, ensure that the 'All pages to one document' method is selected for the 'Split/Merge Documents' action.
Best regards,
