Hi,
My issue is that I have digital books which have QR Code for additional online content.
It will be great to have a QR Code detection(like a hyperlink) so that I don't have to aim and scan with my phone each time.
Here's a file sample.
Thanks for considering this,

Re: QR Code detection / reader
Hello, Loki@99
Thank you for the suggestion, I have passed this along to the Dev team for consideration, I cannot promise an implementation at this time, but if it does come around, I expect it could be as an extension of our "detect links" or "create links from URL's" features.
[Update: Ticket made!]
RT#6898: FR: QR code "link" generation
While the title says "link" this is because of limitations in PDF, A "link" object can contain a number of actions, so whether it is a web link, a phone number, or plain text, all of them would be processed through a link object, with various actions (In the case of plain text, likely a JavaScript action to show a dialog).
Kind regards,

Re: QR Code detection / reader
Hi,
Thank you for 10.4.0 build 388 update.
I tested the new feature with the sample file I provided and it doesn't work.
PDFXCE 10.4.0 build 388 Portable
Thanks for investigating,
Edit
I just noticed that I downloaded the version without OCR. The version with OCR doesn't have that issue. Seems like the feature needs OCR to work

Hi, Loki@99
I believe that is correct, and OCR is needed.
