Help with Text Formatting Issue in PDF-XChange Editor

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering a problem with text formatting in PDF-XChange Editor. When I try to edit the text in my PDF, the formatting seems to get messed up. Specifically, the font size and style change unexpectedly, and sometimes the text alignment shifts.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to fix or prevent this from happening? I’m using the latest version of the editor and haven’t found much on this in the documentation.
I also check this: Copy/paste text blocks, keeping formatting and position But I have not found any solution. Could anyone guide me about this?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

thanks for the post. Do you see the same with any PDF? I am keen to determine if this is document specific.

This is our End User License Agreement. It is a pretty simple text based PDF. Are you able to edit this without issue?

If so I am keen to see your original, maybe there is something we can do for it.
