Print dialogue automatically selecting mutliple copies

Post by mwidunn »

When I open the Print dialogue box, it now has SIX (6) chosen automatically as the number of copies for any document to be printed. How is this? I have not made any changes to settings or anything else that I know of. It has always had ONE (1) as the default, which could then be changed manually, if needed. I do not want to print out 6 copies of every document. Also, I do not want to have to manually change the number back to 1 each time I try to print out something.

Could anyone explain why this has happened . . . and, how to fix it?

Thanks.

Hello mwidunn,

Have you needed to print 6 copies in the past?
Please set that value to one, then make one print, close the Editor, and the new value of 1 should be remembered and used for future print jobs. We would remember the last used settings, as in the majority of cases you would be using the same settings for printing. So yes when the odd case appears where you have changed the settings to something unusual - you just need to remember to set them back to your defaults on your next print, and all should be well!

Kind regards,
Stefan
