Sharepoint opening quirk with Pro Version

Hi All,

Myself and my team have been running into a strange occurrence when opening multiple files form SharePoint online.
I have a Pro key, with Pro installed on version 10.4.3 build 391 with the Edge plugin and the app running on our Sharepoint site.
When opening multiple files from the SharePoint app we are finding instances where the files will open in multiple PDF-Xchange sessions, logs below, and some instances of the live login returning an access denied error even though the user has full access in the sharepoint site and other pdf files in that same folder open without issue.
I have not been able to replicate the second issue to generate any logs, however will keep trying.

Does anyone know if there are issues when opening multiple PDF files at the same time from SharePoint?

thanks for this. The devs have taken a look and reproduced the multi-session issue - they are working on a fix now.

The second issue:

we cannot reproduce. Can I ask you for full verbose logs as described here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowledgeba ... pport-team

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the update on this. I'll sit tight for further news from the dev team on a fix for the multi-sessions.
I have not been able to reproduce the SharePoint sign in error either, so I am thinking it might have been the devices certificates not loading correctly for a short while after our tenant migration. I will configure the verbose logging and keep an eye out for users that hit the error.
