Dear [Company],
I am writing to inquire about an issue I am experiencing with the PDF-XChange Editor software I recently purchased. Despite having acquired a license, the Demo Stamp persists when I attempt to utilize the OCR function.
I would be grateful if you could clarify whether this is a software malfunction or if I have inadvertently purchased an incorrect license type. Additionally, I would like to know if there is a procedure to upgrade my license to the appropriate version.

Hello Le Tri,

Welcome to our Forum.

I guess you own PDF Editor, and you are trying to use the Enhanced OCR tool, which requires a license for the PDF Editor Pius.

You can upgrade your current license to one for the Plus version, from the Upgrade Options section, located in the account you have on our website:
