I am writing to you because I could use some help on how to merge comments into documents (copy together) and how to undo it? I know that under the "Comment" tab there is a button called merge, and it may work fine, but then I cannot undo the action if I have to edit any of the comments. Is there another way to do merge and at the same time it is possible to be able to undo it?

Undo is only possible before you have saved a file. Once the change has been finalized with a save action, memory of that action is lost, and it is no longer possible to "undo" anything, without manually removing the added items. This is a simply facet of how PDF in general works I am sorry to say, and at this time cannot be changed.
