Error when signing a document

Hi!

I use a qualified certificate issued by an official CA. It is a cloud certificate for which I have software installed.

When signing a document, I can select the certificate from the certificate list and click OK. After giving the OTP code to the certificate, PDF-XChange Editor creates an empty 0KB file in the location of the signed file and shuts down.

When trying to open an empty file, a message appears:

Code: Select all

Error [PXVLib]: File is empty.

The signature works properly with Adobe software and with the official application of the supplier (EuroCert). Files signed by other applications display correctly in PDF-XChange Editor.

My version of PDF-XChange Editor and OS:
