Dear all
I would like to generate a PDF Portfolio from my emails in outlook using VBA. Currently I can print my mails with PDF XChange, however attachments are not included (like in the PDF Portfolio)
Any Ideas?

Re: PDF Portfolio in Outlook via VBA
Hello, fab1234
I am not sure if it is possible to accomplish this via VBA, but I can explain the process using our UI directly.
If you have "include attachments" enabled in the addin settings, than any attachments present in an email will be included as attachments to the PDF file generated. This means when you open the PDF file in the Editor, (or in the case of a portfolio, select a specific file inside the portfolio for viewing) you can then open the application attachments pane (Ctrl_Shift+A) to see those items in their original format.
If you also check the "convert attachments" option, than any attachments which are a format we support for conversion (configurable below the checkbox) will be converted into a PDF file as well.
Kind regards,

Hello Daniel,
That is a fantastic function. I didn't know them yet.
I think I really have to deal with the XCHANGE viewer!
I am always thrilled.

Hello, Nimrod_189
Well, the Viewer is discontinued, so on that front it would be the Editor you are looking for (as its successor). However, the toolbar I just showed is actually part of the "Standard printer", which offers Ms Office conversion addins.
So you would either want that as a standalone printer, or a PDF-XChange PRO license to make full use our products most powerful products.
