[javascript] add script to right click context menu

This is a bit of a long shot because it's probably a bit involved; but I think it would be a very useful addition: Similarly to how scripts can add menu items to regular menus and ribbons, it would be useful to be able to add a script to the right click context menu.

So, for example, if a script can mirror a polyline or convert a polyline into a curve, I'd be able to add the script to the context menu for those annotation types.

it would be handy, but I do also think this one is a bit of a longshot. Who knows, perhaps the Devs will surprise us though. I have passed it along for consideration.

This one is not a promise for implementation, but an assignment for the dev team to investigate if we can safely make this possible.

If that investigation goes well and they find a method, than the ticket will be upgraded to in implementation possibility. For now, it is still possible that this could be rejected at any time.
