Crashing When Opening Additional Drawings

Good morning,

I have a user that is on Windows 11 23H2 and using PDF Xchange Version 1.7.5 build 403.

When working on multiple drawings at a time, PDF Xchange keeps crashing. The crash has also happened while opening a drawing and while doing a normal mark up. We have tried to repair it, fully reinstall it, update to the latest version and haven't had any luck.

I have opened several support tickets now and have not heard back. I uploaded the crash logs already. Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the report. Can you try making this change to the registry please and report if it resolves the issue?
