Hi,
Attached is a PDF file about which XChange says it has only Low resolution printing and Adobe says it has High resolution printing enabled. Could you please check this?

After more tests I found that the problem is related to the encryption level. The given PDF file has 40-bit level, an under this level the print resolution should be always High. When used 128-bit encryption, then XChange informs correctly about printing permissions. I did not test if this error in XChange affects also printing. In either case please correct it.
