Greetings:

We have a newly purchase (downloaded) Pro version of your PDF Viewer.

It does not work as advertised on the web-site.

We used a trial free for awhile, then purchased the Pro Version. When booting the Pro Version it reports Version 2.0, Build 54.0 and Pro in the top right corner.

Our purchase code is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Serial number removed !
Our main application is to combine pdf files. When we insert into open file A from open file B, the resulting insert is blank. The form (usually US Income Tax forms) is there, but none of the saved typed-in-data on the original form B.

We get very mixed results inserting, deleting and changing page locations. Many of the results pages are now blank.

We have tested this about 10 times.

Please advise as soon as possible.

2 things firstly ...

1: I have moved your posting to the end user forum - you are not using the developer kit - but the end user product, please post in the correct forum in the future, thank you.

2: You posted your serial number in a public forum for all to see - this could now be used by others to 'pirate' a copy and provide for all to see on Hacker/cracker sites.

If we find your serial number publicly available - it will be disabled I am afraid.

Next to your problem - as I understand it you also requested assistance by email and your email was answered directly by a colleague - as that is now progressing - we will close this topic on the forum and progress the matter by email.
