64 bit Citrix environment - Automation Error on Tracker Ctrl

On a 64-bit citrix environment we are getting random automation error on tracker control

Hi docu-track99,

this error means the Viewer is trying to open a file that is an "Invalid file format".

For some reason the Viewer cannot open required file. Are the files local or on a network resource? Can you repeat the error reliably? Does this seem consistent with what you see?
