Hi Kevin,

sorry - but going to need a bit more info.

May I suggest you start of using one of the example app's provided and advise if that functions as intended..

If not - what have you installed, we need the Windows OS's info, the version of the Viewer being used and your development tool (e.g. VB, C++ etc) and some specific info on what is happening.

Thanks

Sorry for the lack of information. The demo projects seem to be working correctly. I have downloaded and installed the PDF-X Change PRO. I am using Windows 7, and developing in C#. The viewer was working correctly until the demo time frame ran out and now the space we have for the viewer is just blank, when a document is selected.

Hi Kevin,

stilll not 100% clear - think you are going to have to assume we are stupid ;-)

1: Which version of the Viewer SDK are you using ? ActiveX or the Simple DLL versions ?

2: You say the demo app works fine - even now ?

3: There is no time limit on the evaluation ... - or do I misunderstand ?

4: I assume it is a PDF file you are trying to load ?

Maybe some screenshots would help ? Please zip as image files can only be attached in an archive - not in native format directly.
