Breaking down a PDF file into separate categories

I am new to trader software. I downloaded PDF-XChange and would like to learn how to identify certain pages in a multiple page file and move or drag them into another file. For instance, I received an 80 page document that would be better served if I could separate it by chapters and display the six new files independently. How do I get started to accomplish this? I see no link on the PDF-XChange home page for removal of .pdf document pages.
