Go To page number - works differently under 3.0.301

In Version 3.0.301 the Go To Page function works slightly differently to Version 2.5.

In Version 2.5, choosing Ctrl+Shift+N (or View/Go To/Go to Page...) opens the window, with the current page highligted. To type a new page number, all that is necessarily is to type the desired page number. And then the Return key can be pressed (ie it is not necessary to click on the OK button).

In Version 3.0.301, choosing Ctrl+Shift+N (or View/Go To/Go to Page...) opens the window, with the cursor placed after the current page number. It is necessary to backspace. Also it is not possible to press the Return key (ie doing so does nothing). It is necessary to either press the Tab key or use the mouse (to go the OK button).

Although this is relatively minor issue, it does add extra key strokes or mouse clicks. Could this be changed back to the way it is done in Version 2.5?
