But where is the Angular Tool to messure degree and angular dimensions.

Thanks for the post - we have no such feature implemented, for now, but the request has been placed by another user. Please do note that a feature request is not a guarantee, but is instead a promise that the request will be carefully considered and, if found reasonable and the Dev. Team feel it's practical, then it would likely be implemented.
