PDF XChange viewer is freezing with some documents

We are using PDFXChange ActiveX viewer 2.5.XXX since Aug / 2012 in Rio de Janeiro State Court. Yesterday, for the first time, some documents generated outside our institution are freezing the viewer. We reproduce the same problem with PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.212 (the version to final users) but not with Acrobat Reader. I'm attaching the file with the problem.

The problem was reproduced and we started investigating into it. We hope to fix it in the next build.

PDFXChange is still freezing with attached document in my first post. I reproduced the problem using the latest version of PDFXChange Viewer (Nov/8/2013). Is there some schedule to solve this problem?

this is being investigated now. There is a Support Request Ticket related to this (internal only) RT#2105: PDF XChange viewer is freezing with some documents
