Export small pages to as few image files as possible

I have a pdf whose first page is a scan of a drivers license, and the second page is a scan of its back. I've cropped both to approx actual size. I'd like to print these on the same side of a single sheet. My best guess was to export to PNG, but the Export Mode dropdown offers only "Save each page to a separate single page image file". Is there a way to get an option to appear there that fits my need?

Thank you for the post. The easiest thing to do would be to use the snapshot tool on (for example) page two over the desired area. Then pasting that content onto page one (CTRL+V to paste).

You will find the snapshot tool under Tools-->Basic Tools

Btw, for others who need to do this, there are a few other steps:
1. Resize the target page to accommodate the new image
2. After taking a snapshot, switch to the Hand tool to select the target page, then paste
3. Delete the source page
4. If needed, crop the target page to just the collage of images
