Creating Bookmarks from body text

When automatically creating bookmarks from body text, selecting the "Allow multi-line bookmark titles" option currently results in the lines being joined without a space between the last word of the first line and the first word of the subsequent line. Could I suggest that an additional option be available to insert specified text character(s) (e.g. " - ") between the lines - default to a single space.

Does the current behaviour cause issues when viewing the bookmarks or e.g. later when you perform other tasks on them?
Can you supply a sample illustrating the current and desired behaviours?
