Printing to a SINGLE PDF file from Legal Solutions Plus

Post by danielgerardbrown »

Hi,
I am Daniel, and have 2 questions:

From the Legal Solutions Plus program, I am printing a 4 page document (“Form Interrogatories”):

1) When printing to a PDF (using PDF X-Change Ver 2.0), it forces me to enter 3 file names, and creates 3 separate PDF files. One file containing page 1, one file containing pages 2 and 3, and one file containing page 4. I need to find out how I can print to just one PDF file. (I do not have the version of Acrobat that will let me merge PDF’s, so I want to print directly to just one file).

2) When printing to a standard printer, double-sided, opposite pages printed on the same sheet of paper are printed flip-flopped. How do I flip the back side so that it does not print upside down?

Thanks,
Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

I am not familiar with the software you are using to create your documents and therefore it is hard to advise - but there is an option in PDF-XChange to 'Append' pages to the file you are printing to if the file already exists - ensure you save to a file of the same name and this will resolve the differing files issue.

With regards your other problem - I am afarid I dont fully understand - could you supply a sample ?

Also PDF-XChange Verion 3 has many added features and extra's in this area and I think you would do well to download the latest evaluation and consider an upgrade.
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

Best regards
