3: All files uploaded must be contained in a recognized archive format such as .ZIP, .RAR or 7z - all of which can be downloaded in evaluation format for limited and/or extended free use on various web sites

5: Any user suspected of accessing or publishing content for the purpose of spamming/phishing or other undesirable purposes, will be immediately banned and blocked from further access.
