Time Frame for next update?

Post by gate1975mlm »

Hello :)

Does anyone here have an idea when the next update for PDF-XChange Editor will be released?

I am looking forward to getting "thumbnails" for pdf's in windows folders working again and also "Page view and Zoom" settings being remembered when re opening PDF-XChange Editor.

Also do you know if a toolbar at the bottom of PDF-XChange Editor with the "Previous Page and Next Page" buttons will be added in the near future? Also if you can I would love a floating toolbar that only appears when you hover your mouse cursor near the bottom of the opened pdf. "FI" does it this way and its cool!

PDF-XChange Viewer has all 3 of these features and I miss them!

Thanks and keep up the great work! :D

Hi gate1975mlm,

It's an official holiday in Canada today, so our devs are not working and I won't be able to get any up to date information.
As far as I know we've been working on some of bringing those last few features already available in the Viewer to the Editor, and a new build should be available soon, though I don't have any specific date.

Currently the pages navigation toolbar is at the top, but with the next builds when toolbar customization is available you should be able to place it at the bottom as in the Viewer.

Best,
Stefan
