The PDF-XChange doesn't work!

The PDF-XChange doesn't work!

I've downloaded and Installed the PDF-Xchange and it still leaves the watermark at the top of the page. What am I doing wrong!?

Did you enter your PDF-XChange's serial number during installation or on the About box ?
PDF-XChange Co Ltd. (Project Director)
