Send by E-mail: Keyboard shortcut

Presently, unless you use Alt-F,H,M there is no real 'shortcut' for sending the open PDF via Email. I have tried to add a button to the Quick Access bar, but the only option is "Send by E-Mail" that brings up the following:



So with that I could try Alt-4,M which is better. But why not have a built in shortcut like Ctrl-E, or something like that as emailing a PDF seems like a VERY common thing to do for this not to be a standard feature.
